The meal sorry but a fish or meat dish is not considered a meal Open bar water or lice tea !!!! A pitcher of wine placed on our table without explanation, even if it's unlimited, is not a tasting at all. Otherwise, the crew did their best to make our time on board a pleasant one, with, in my opinion, few resources at their disposal. Still, it's worth taking this cruise.

A Dubrovnik Croatia cruise takes you to the Elaphiti Islands with Koločep, Lopud, and Šipan being the most visited. Each island offers a unique adventure, making them a perfect escape into nature's embrace.
Koločep is famed for its verdant forests and secluded caves like the famous Blue Cave, while Lopud offers dramatic cliffs, sandy shores, and historic churches. Meanwhile, Šipan will charm you with its Renaissance-era architecture and quiet village life. Another popular island, Lorkum, is where the scenes for the city of Qarth in Game of Thrones were filmed.
Also known as Kalamota by locals, Koločep is the closest island to Dubrovnik, with beautiful beaches, olive groves, pine forests, and hidden caves like the Blue Cave and Three Green Caves. You can explore the fishing village with stone houses, stroll along scenic paths, or relax on sandy beaches like Donje Čelo. The island is also perfect for snorkeling and kayaking, giving you a close-up view of the vibrant marine life.
Lopud is a car-free island, full of historical charm and natural beauty. Known for its stunning Sunj Beach, one of the few sandy beaches in the region, Lopud is ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and leisurely strolls. History enthusiasts can visit the monasteries and several ancient churches and temples scattered across the landscape, while nature lovers can explore the island's botanical gardens and quaint villages.
Šipan, the largest of the Elaphiti Islands, boasts a rich cultural heritage and beautiful landscapes. Known for its olive groves and vineyards, it's a haven for nature lovers. Visit the charming port village of Suđurađ or explore the summer villas from the Renaissance period. You can also hike through scenic trails or enjoy a peaceful meal at a local konoba (tavern) while soaking in the island's rustic atmosphere.
Lokrum, a short boat ride from Dubrovnik, is another beautiful island in the Elaphiti archipelago. It is known for its lush botanical gardens, a small saltwater lake called the Dead Sea, and the ruins of a medieval monastery, the Benedictine Monastery. The island is also home to a thriving population of peacocks and rabbits, adding to its charming ambiance.
The Blue Cave on Koločep Island is one of the must-see spots on Dubrovnik cruises. Accessible by boat or kayak, this natural wonder reveals a mesmerizing play of light as the sun reflects off the water, filling the cave with brilliant shades of blue. Swimming inside the cave in an otherworldly setting is a surreal experience.
The Three Green Caves on Kolocep Island are another natural wonder waiting to be explored. These sea caves are known for their emerald green waters, created by sunlight filtering through the water and reflecting off the cave walls. You can swim, snorkel, or kayak through the caves, marveling at the underwater beauty and unique play of light.
Cruises from Dubrovnik to the Elaphiti Islands often take you to secluded beaches, perfect for a peaceful retreat. These hidden gems, surrounded by rugged cliffs or lush greenery, are ideal to escape the crowds. As you sail along the coast, you'll witness the majestic views of Dubrovnik's Old Town from the water. For Game of Thrones fans, some cruises also highlight filming locations for King's Landing, offering a blend of fantasy and history.
